How to do it
Execution:
  1. 1
    Hang from a pull-up bar with your arms extended and your body aligned.
  2. 2
    Keep your knees bent.
  3. 3
    Brace your abs and lift your knees toward your chest without swinging.
  4. 4
    Brief pause at the top, then lower your legs under control to the start.
Tip: start the motion from your hips, not your thighs.
