How to do it
Execution:

    Stand with your head resting against the support and grip the handles in front of you.
  2. 2
    Open your arms out to the sides until they align with your shoulders.
  3. 3
    Return slowly, controlling the load without letting it drop.
Tip: the head support prevents torso compensation — focus on squeezing the rear deltoids.
