How to do it
Execution:
  1. 1
    Lie on your back with knees bent and feet flat on the floor.
  2. 2
    Brace your core and drive through your heels to lift your hips until your body forms a straight line from shoulders to knees.
  3. 3
    Squeeze your glutes at the top, then lower slowly under control.
Tip: form a straight line shoulders-to-knees — don't overextend the lumbar spine.
