How to do it
Execution:

    Lie chest-down on an incline bench, holding dumbbells at your sides with a neutral grip (palms facing in).
  2. 2
    Raise them straight in front of you to shoulder level.
  3. 3
    Lower under control to the start.
Tip: the neutral grip is the most shoulder-friendly — good pick on tender-joint days.
