Lie back on an incline bench holding a dumbbell in each hand, arms along your body.

Keep your palms facing up (supinated grip) with a slight bend in the elbows.

Raise the dumbbells in front of you to shoulder height, without using the torso.

Lower under control back to the start.
Tip: the supinated grip emphasizes the anterior deltoid — use a moderate load.
