Seated Dumbbell Front Raise (Supinated Grip)

How to do it
Execution:
  1. 1
    Sit on a bench with a dumbbell in each hand, palms facing up (supinated grip).
  2. 2
    Keep your torso stable and elbows slightly bent.
  3. 3
    Raise the dumbbells in front to the shoulder line.
  4. 4
    Return under control.
Tip: the supinated grip boosts anterior deltoid activation and reduces rotator-cuff stress.
