How to do it
Execution:

    Stand beside a low pulley holding the handle with one hand, palm facing down.
  2. 2
    Keep your torso stable and elbow slightly bent.
  3. 3
    Raise your arm in front to shoulder height.
  4. 4
    Lower under control before repeating.
Tip: the pronated grip boosts anterior deltoid activation — use a moderate load.
