How to do it
Execution:

    Place your hands on a bench or elevated surface at shoulder width.
  2. 2
    Keep your body aligned from heels to head with your core braced.
  3. 3
    Bend your elbows, bringing your chest toward the support.
  4. 4
    Press up until your arms are fully extended.
Tip: the higher the support, the easier — use it to progress toward floor push-ups.
