Cable Internal Rotation (Rotator Cuff)

How to do it
Execution:

    Stand side-on to the cable with your elbow tucked to your side and bent to 90°.
  2. 2
    Pull the handle by rotating your forearm inward, toward your belly.
  3. 3
    Return under control without letting the elbow drift.
Tip: use a light load and focus on the range of motion — internal rotation complements external rotation for cuff balance.
