How to do it
Execution:
  1. 1
    Stand with feet hip-width apart (with the balls of your feet on a platform if available).
  2. 2
    Lift your heels to rise onto the balls of your feet, squeezing the calves at the top.
  3. 3
    Lower slowly, seeking full stretch at the bottom.
Tip: pause 1 second at the top and 1 at the bottom — time under tension is the key for calves.
