How to do it
Execution:
  1. 1
    Start on all fours, hands under shoulders and knees under hips.
  2. 2
    Extend the opposite arm and leg in line with your torso.
  3. 3
    Hold the position isometrically, with a braced core and neutral spine.
Tip: don't let your hips rotate — keep the pelvis level as if balancing a cup on your back.
