Execution:

Stand facing the high pulley and grip the straight bar with a close overhand grip (palms down).

Step back and hinge slightly forward, keeping your arms extended.

Brace your core and, without bending the elbows, pull the bar toward your thighs using the lats.

Return slowly, letting the arms rise without losing tension in the back.
Tip: since there's no elbow flexion, all the focus is on the lats — use moderate loads.
