How to do it
Execution:
  1. 1
    Sit on the lever row machine and grasp the handles with an underhand grip (palms up).
  2. 2
    Keep the torso stable and the chest open.
  3. 3
    Pull the handles to the sides of your chest, elbows tucked to your body.
  4. 4
    Return under control.
Tip: the underhand grip increases recruitment of the biceps and lower lats.
