How to do it
Execution:
  1. 1
    Stand in front of the low pulley and grip the bar with an overhand grip.
  2. 2
    Pull the bar straight up to chest height, elbows high and wide.
  3. 3
    Keep the torso stable, no swinging.
  4. 4
    Lower under control to the starting position.
Tip: the cable's constant tension gives a different stimulus than a free barbell — great as a finisher.
