How to do it
Execution:
  1. 1
    Standing, hold dumbbells or a bar with a neutral grip (palms facing each other).
  2. 2
    Hinge your torso forward, keeping a neutral spine.
  3. 3
    Pull the weight toward your abdomen, elbows close to your sides.
  4. 4
    Return under control as you extend the arms.
Tip: the neutral grip is easier on the shoulders — a good option if you have joint discomfort.
