How to do it
Execution:
  1. 1
    Lie with your chest supported on an incline bench, holding the dumbbells with a supinated grip.
  2. 2
    Keep the spine neutral and feet planted on the floor.
  3. 3
    Row the dumbbells alongside your body, elbows close and palms facing up.
  4. 4
    Lower under control without breaking posture.
Tip: supinated grip + chest support = pure back focus with zero swing.
