How to do it
Execution:
  1. 1
    Seated, plant your feet and grip the V-handle with a neutral grip.
  2. 2
    Keep your torso upright and the spine neutral.
  3. 3
    Pull the V-handle toward your abdomen, elbows close to your sides.
  4. 4
    Return under control without rounding the spine.
Tip: don't rock the torso — your back pulls the weight, not your lower back.
