How to do it
Execution:
  1. 1
    Lie back on an incline bench with dumbbells and arms hanging.
  2. 2
    Curl one dumbbell at a time up to shoulder level.
  3. 3
    Squeeze the biceps at the top.
  4. 4
    Lower under control and alternate arms.
Tip: keep the resting-arm shoulder pressed into the bench — that prevents compensating.
