How to do it
Execution:

    Stand facing the cable, holding the EZ bar with a supinated grip.
  2. 2
    Flex your elbows to curl the bar toward your chest.
  3. 3
    Keep your elbows pinned to your sides.
  4. 4
    Lower under control without losing tension.
Tip: the EZ bar's angle eases wrist strain — a great alternative to the straight bar.
