How to do it
Execution:
  1. 1
    Sit at the preacher bench with a dumbbell in each hand, supinated grip.
  2. 2
    Rest your arms firmly on the pad with elbows braced.
  3. 3
    Curl both dumbbells simultaneously to full contraction.
  4. 4
    Lower under control until elbows are almost extended.
Tip: dumbbells allow better range of motion and correct asymmetries between arms.
