Incline Bench One-Arm Dumbbell Row

How to do it
Execution:
  1. 1
    Place one knee and the same-side hand on the incline bench.
  2. 2
    Hold the dumbbell with the other arm, palm facing your body.
  3. 3
    Pull the dumbbell by driving the elbow up and back, close to your torso.
  4. 4
    Lower under control to full extension.
Tip: the incline emphasizes the mid-back — keep the elbow close to the body throughout.
