How to do it
Execution:

    Lie on the machine with the handles aligned to the lower chest.
  2. 2
    Grip firmly and stabilize your shoulders against the pad.
  3. 3
    Press forward until your arms are extended, without locking the elbows.
  4. 4
    Return with control.
Tip: the decline angle focuses on the lower chest — keep the elbows slightly flared.
