How to do it
Execution:
  1. 1
    Sit at the machine with the handles at chest level.
  2. 2
    Adjust the seat so your elbows are slightly below shoulder line.
  3. 3
    Press forward until your arms are extended, without locking the elbow.
  4. 4
    Return slowly to the starting point.
Tip: the incline focuses on the upper chest — keep the scapulae retracted against the pad.
