Incline Smith Machine Bench Press

How to do it
Execution:
  1. 1
    Lie on the incline bench under the Smith machine's guided bar.
  2. 2
    Unrack the bar and grip slightly wider than shoulder-width.
  3. 3
    Lower the bar to the upper chest under control.
  4. 4
    Press along the guided path until your arms are extended.
Tip: the guided bar allows heavier loads — control the descent to protect the shoulders.
