Triceps Dips – Feet Elevated

How to do it
Execution:
  1. 1
    Place your hands on a bench behind your body, with your feet elevated on another bench or box.
  2. 2
    Lower your body by bending your elbows until they are at ~90°.
  3. 3
    Press your body back up by extending your elbows.
Tip: elevated feet greatly increase the triceps demand — the most intense bench-dip variation.
