Cable Triceps Pushdown – Straight Bar

How to do it
Execution:
  1. 1
    Stand facing a high pulley and grasp the straight bar with a pronated grip.
  2. 2
    Keep your elbows tucked to your sides and press the bar down until fully extended.
  3. 3
    Return only until your forearms reach chest level.
Tip: the classic triceps exercise — never let your elbows drift from your sides.
