Dual-Cable Triceps Pressdown (Front of Body)

How to do it
Execution:
  1. 1
    Stand between the two pulleys and hold the handles in front of your body with elbows slightly bent.
  2. 2
    Press the cables down and out, extending your elbows until your arms align with your torso.
  3. 3
    Return to the chest under control.
Tip: positioning the cables in front changes the working angle and activates the triceps differently from the behind-pulley version.
