Seated Dip Machine (Neutral Grip)

How to do it
Execution:
  1. 1
    Sit and grasp the side handles with a neutral grip (palms facing each other).
  2. 2
    Keep your elbows aligned with your torso.
  3. 3
    Press the handles down, fully extending your arms.
  4. 4
    Return upward under control.
Tip: the neutral grip is usually easier on the shoulders — a good alternative if pronated feels uncomfortable.
