Reverse-Grip Barbell Bench Press

How to do it
Execution:
  1. 1
    Lie on the bench and grasp the bar with a supinated (underhand) grip.
  2. 2
    Arms extended above the chest, elbows aligned and tucked.
  3. 3
    Lower the bar under control to chest level.
  4. 4
    Extend the elbows to press back to the starting position.
Tip: use moderate weight — the supinated grip demands more from the wrists, so keep the bar firm and stable.
