Incline Bench Lying Triceps Extension with Plate

How to do it
Execution:

    Lie supine on an incline bench.
  2. 2
    Hold a weight plate by the sides with both hands, keeping your elbows pointing straight up.
  3. 3
    Flex your elbows to lower the plate behind your head under control.
  4. 4
    Extend your elbows to return to the start, squeezing the triceps at the top.
Tip: the incline bench increases triceps stretch — start with a moderate load to feel the full range.
