How to do it
Execution:

    Lie on an incline bench with your feet flat on the floor.
  2. 2
    Hold a straight bar with your arms extended over your face.
  3. 3
    Bend your elbows to lower the bar toward your forehead.
  4. 4
    Extend your elbows to return to the start, not letting the upper arms drift back.
Tip: keep your arms perpendicular to the floor during descent — tilting them back transfers work to the lats.
