How to do it
Execution:
  1. 1
    Lying on an incline bench, hold a dumbbell in each hand above your chest.
  2. 2
    Bend your elbows to lower the dumbbells to the sides of your head.
  3. 3
    Extend your elbows to return the dumbbells upward, keeping your arms aligned.
Tip: dumbbells allow natural wrist rotation — find the angle that best isolates your triceps.
