Execution:

Stand facing the high pulley and hold the handle with a pronated grip (palm facing down).

Keep your elbow tucked to your side.

Extend your arm straight down, keeping the palm facing the floor and avoiding any forward movement of the elbow.

Return under control by bending only at the elbow, without lifting your shoulder.
Tip: the pronated grip tends to recruit the lateral head more — ideal for triceps shape and definition.
